2SLGBTQIA+ Centered Restorative Yoga - FREE

Trauma sensitive, queer friendly, FREE, restorative care yoga and mindful movement with Angela Glasel. Offered especially to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community but allies are certainly welcome.

This opportunity is provided as a sacred offering by the Fruits of the Spirit - a queer Christian group for those searching for open-minded, faith-based community. We gather every Sunday at 2pm at St. Martin's United Church. Feel free to stay and check us out.
