Start your Saturday with a sip & stretch! Join us on Saturday, Sept 6th at 10:00 AM for a fun and relaxing Beer Yoga session led by certified instructor Melinda Bell.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, Melinda will guide you through poses with modifications to suit all levels.
