• 11:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. – Field tour meetup
• 12:00–3:00 p.m. – Field tour of the Mullen Fire in the Douglass Creek Bighorn Sheep Herd
• 4:00–5:00 p.m. – Members Meeting at Platte Valley Community Center
• 5:30 p.m. – Cash bar, silent auction, games, and raffles at PVCC
• 6:30 p.m. – Dinner and presentations at PVCC
