Elizabeth and Lucky will be signing and personalizing books. All books and journals in the series will be available for purchase.
Inspired by the true story behind the original picture book, this new chapter book takes readers on a deeper journey through Lucky’s eyes and her mom’s, as the lovable rescue pup finds her forever home, and then gets lost in the heart of Saratoga. While the community rallies to find her, Lucky explores the town’s most iconic hotspots, from the Saratoga Race Course, Congress Park, the State Park, SPAC, Downtown, and Saratoga Lake. Along the way, she meets new animal friends and a guardian angel—teaching her some lessons, though not without a few surprises, close calls, and heartfelt moments.
With 30 black-and-white full-page illustrations, it is perfect for young readers transitioning to chapter books, and the next step for fans of the original books.
