Glioblastoma Foundation Benefit in Honor of Marc Parillo

This Friday and Saturday, 11-2:30, we will be hosting a small benefit in honor of Marc Parillo, who passed away in February 2024 from a Stage 4 Glioblastoma. We'll be grilling our sausage sandwiches, and will have live music by one of Marc's friends, Colin Rosslee! Colin will be playing nostalgic ballads, soft rock, and some of his own compositions. 50% of all sales will be donated in Marc's honor to the Glioblastoma Foundation. A bit of history: Marc began working full time at Parillo’s Sausage many years ago, when his father owned the business (since 1951). In 1986, after the death of his father, Marc stepped in to co-manage the business with his mother Ruth. In 2005, Marc and Cheryle officially became managing partners of Parillo’s Sausage, and over the years grew the business into one of the most respected and admired sausage brands in Upstate New York. Marc was affectionately called “The Sausage King of Saratoga” by many customers, friends, and family.
