Active Drumming Exercise

This is a 45-minute adult active drumming class where we follow drumming exercise groups on YouTube. You can do this standing up or siting down. Great for hand eye coordination and movement. Your drum is a yoga ball in a basket, and you have drumsticks that you drum to the beat.
