Celebrate National Wellness Month with us at The Village. Join us all weekend long for guided wellness sessions from spin, yoga, sound healing, mat pilates and HIIT to wellness workshops hosted by local community partners.

Friday, August 22nd
6:00 p.m. - Kick off Wellness Weekend with a Community Ride Hosted by Rise Cycle Co.
Let's start the weekend off with a community ride with Sophia at Rise Cycle Co., followed by sips & snacks at the studio. This class is available with the purchase of a $20 class credit--once you purchase your credit you can book your class directly on the website or Rise Cycle Co. app. And, in honor of Wellness Weekend, discounted $20 class credits are available for use throughout the entire weekend (through 8/31/25).
Saturday, August 23rd
8:30 a.m. - Welcome Reception, Yoga & Sound Healing with La Reina Marshall*
Join us for a welcome reception 8:30am-9:00am where we'll enjoy light bites at The Passage, followed by a yoga session and calming sound healing at 9:00am led by La Reina Marshall of True Soul Wellness. A few lucky attendees will receive ME SPA gift cards of various denominations at random, including one $100 ME SPA gift card. *Proceeds benefit The Boys & Girls Club of Sonoma-Marin.
Saturday, August 23rd
10:30 a.m. - HIIT with Orangetheory and lululemon*
Let's get our heart rates up with a HIIT class hosted by Orangetheory in partnership with lululemon at The Passage, followed by light bites and a sparkling wine toast with Matanzas Creek Winery. All attendees will receive a special gift from lululemon. *Proceeds benefit The Boys & Girls Club of Sonoma-Marin.

Visit Made Local Marketplace from 10:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. to enjoy samples of Drink Katu and learn the amazing health benefits of yerba mate.
Visit InnerLight Tallow at The Passage to hear firsthand from the founder about the holistic and eco-friendly skincare line.

9:00 a.m. - Mat Pilates Session with Club Pilates*
Enjoy outdoor mat pilates in The Courtyard with Club Pilates, followed by refreshments at FP Movement. Following our session, attendees are invited to shop at FP Movement and will receive a special one-day only gift with purchase. *Proceeds benefit The Boys & Girls Club of Sonoma-Marin.

2:00 p.m. - Vision Board Workshop with Helen Benham
Join us for a special 2-hour workshop dedicated to creating your own vision board, a powerful tool for clarifying your intentions and manifesting your goals.

Gather and meet new friends while painting affirmations on your own butterfly shaped mirror at The Passage, hosted by She Can Club.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin serves nearly 10,000 kids each year at 40 Clubs in Cloverdale, Geyserville, Healdsburg, Guerneville, Monte Rio, Windsor, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Petaluma, and Novato. When school is out the Clubs are open providing after school, summer, and holiday break programming. We've developed hundreds of unique programs to ensure kids will grow up to achieve Academic Success, choose Healthy Lifestyles, develop Good Character, and cultivate Creative Expression.
