FIT30A Pop-Up: Happy Hour HIIT at Palm Folly

Join Aly Gray for a fun and energizing low-impact HIIT workout at Palm Folly Saturday July 12th at 11AM!

This lightweight, full-body class is designed to be high-energy yet low-impact—perfect for all fitness levels and ages. We’ll move through strength, and core-focused movements to leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and seriously accomplished.

FIT30A provides mats and light weights, so all you need to bring is a friend and your good vibes. Prefer your own mat? Bring it along!

Class is held rain or shine—either outdoors on the sand court or indoors in the taproom (weather depending). And yes, shoes are totally optional for this one.
