The Knit & Unwind is a cozy Friday night gathering for fiber artists and yarn lovers who crave creative calm and connection. Part sound bath, part stitch circle, part slow exhale — this is your invitation to end the week in a gentle, grounded way.

Designed for knitters, crocheters, and creative souls, this 90-minute experience offers a blend of nervous system reset and warm community vibes — with no pressure to perform, produce, or finish a thing.

Just bring your work-in-progress (or start something new), your love of craft, and your tired-but-trying-to-soften heart.

• Guided Sound Bath (35–40 mins)
A restorative, fiber-friendly soundscape designed to soothe tension and reset your overstimulated mind. Come as you are — even if you knit during the session (yep, that's allowed).

• Creative Intention Circle
Share what you’re working on (if you’d like), why you make, or just soak in the vibes of fellow stitchers.

• Journaling Prompt + Quiet Reflection
Optional self-reflection prompt to support your creativity and slowness practice.

• Optional Knit & Sip Circle (20–30 mins)
Linger after the sound bath for tea, stitching, and gentle conversation under soft lighting and a cozy playlist.
