Pigeon String Rescue by the Santa Monica Pier

Do you love pigeons and would like to help rescue them from strings caught around their legs and feet? Please join us today and possibly every Thursday going forward as we learn to gently catch and rescue pigeons so they can live happy lives with less problems. We'll be there from 1 to 4 so come anytime between then.. I'll be on the North side of the pier on the sand. Please bring any extra bird seeds, (they love chopped peanuts and sunflower seeds) small sharp scissors, tweezers and gloves for handling pigeons. Also bring comfortable clothes for the sand, and shade from the sun. I'll be wearing that white suit like in the photo. Looking forward to meeting and rescuing with you!
