Mobile Community Meditation & Retreat Center

Welcome .. and please join an outdoor 45 minute guided mindfulness meditation everyday at 8 am which will also include a short loving-friendliness meditation at the end. Give yourself the love and attention you deserve by developing your mind, finding peace and creating community. Everyone is welcome. Please bring the appropriate attire for sun and wind along with a cushion or chair. We will meet by the Mobile Community Meditation Center aka Buddhist Boondockers Van on the grass at the Santa Monica parking lot 5 South across from the basketball court at Ocean View Park, and across from lifeguard station number 27. Stacey has been meditating and studying Buddhism for over 25 years. She has studied under some of the most prominent Buddhist scholars and Meditation teachers in both the Ch'an (Zen) and Theravada tradition and has traveled and lived in Myanmar and Sri Lanka to further her knowledge and practice. Stacey has been teaching meditation since 2018 and started leading retreats in person and on line since 2021. Stacey is an extremely dedicated Buddhist practitioner, and nothing gives her more pleasure than sharing what she's spent decades learning with others.
