Join us for a peaceful evening of movement, connection, and purpose at this outdoor sunset yoga class in beautiful Santa Monica — all to support the incredible work of Protect Her Inc., a nonprofit empowering young people through early menstrual health education.

• A 60-minute all-levels yoga flow guided by Maddy Pollack
• Grounding breathwork and mindful movement to help you unwind and reset
• Gorgeous views and golden hour sunshine in the park
• A feel-good way to give back to a meaningful cause

Protect Her Inc. is on a mission to educate and empower young people—especially young girls—by providing early, practical, and confidence-building menstrual health education. Research shows that puberty is happening earlier than ever, sometimes as young as ages 9–11. Protect Her begins education at ages 8–9, ensuring kids have time to prepare emotionally, mentally, and physically before the onset of menstruation.

Unlike traditional programs that focus only on biology, Protect Her’s certified instructors—including hormone health coaches and medical professionals—create warm, inclusive spaces where curiosity is encouraged and stigma is dismantled. By offering tailored education for both girls and boys, they’re reshaping how we support the next generation through puberty and beyond.

About Your Instructor
Maddy Pollack is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Hormone Health Coach, and certified Yoga Instructor based in Los Angeles. After surviving cancer at age 25, she dove into the world of holistic wellness and found her passion in supporting women through all stages of hormonal health. Madison specializes in cycle syncing, sustainable weight loss, and hormone balance—and brings a mindful, empowering approach to every yoga class she leads. Her flows are designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and connected—on and off the mat.

We’ll be flowing in a beautiful park space in Santa Monica near the beach. Exact location will be emailed 24 hours prior to the event!

This class is donation-based — pay what you can! Every dollar raised goes directly to Protect Her Inc. to support their educational programs.
