Reset & Restore - Hanna Somatics Class Series

Over this 4-week series you will learn Hanna Somatics techniques to directly and indirectly address stress, fatigue, anxiety, and sleep challenges. Classes will be movement-based, mindful, and will highlight slowing down, doing less, and embracing rest. This evening class is the perfect transition to bedtime.

Drop-ins are welcome for students who cannot make the whole series. Classes are verbally guided and will be taught in reclined positions on the floor.

Recorded replay with one week unlimited access will be sent to all students. This is open to in-person and online students.
