It's THAT time of year again, time to stuff Zozobra, Santa Fe's favorite monster, and that 101-year-old grouch needs A LOT of shredded paper to fill up his ginormous body and light up the night !
Kick off the day with a pizza party for all participants, and kids will receive a special Zozobra sticker—turn it in at Dairy Queen for a FREE ice cream cone! Masks will be provided, and our friendly Zozobra staff will be on hand to teach newcomers the ropes.
Bring your family, friends, and lots of energy—let’s make this the biggest and best stuffing event yet! 🎉 Join the volunteers of the Kiwanis Club of Santa Fe at Santa Fe Place Mall on Saturday, May 31, 2025, starting at 9 AM to lend a hand and get Old Man Gloom decked out in all his gloomy glory. The more people who help, the faster we'll fill up our Grouchy Guy for summer's best party, the 101st Burning of Zozobra on Friday, Aug 25, 2025! 🍦

Find us on the west end of Santa Fe Place Mall in the space next to Boot Barn. Masks for paper dust will be supplied but please bring your safety goggles and your gloves to protect your hands because it's all hands on deck until we're done!
There will be free pizza for those who help out! Kids get free ice cream cones from DQ (sorry, moms and dads, that special treat is just for kids). And you can sign your name as a helper on the banner we'll display at ZozoFest!
