Overview
The heart center is our spiritual organ with qualities such as joy compassion love and kindness. These do not depend on anyone or anything outside of us - they are the natural qualities of our being always present and available to be tapped into.
In this workshop we will explore how to soften the layers of protection and tension that often surround the heart center and how to rest more fully in its innate openness. Through breathwork guided meditation and gentle somatic awareness we will cultivate the conditions that allow the heart’s qualities to emerge naturally.
Drawing from different wisdom traditions we will engage in practices that deepen our connection to this inner center and expand its radiance into our daily lives.
The session will include 3 guided practices designed to help you:
Release patterns of holding around the heart center
Tap into joy compassion love and kindness as natural qualities of your being
Deepen into the heart center as a source of nourishment presence and divine
This workshop is open to all who wish to cultivate a more authentic connection with themselves and life through the wisdom of the heart.
