Mindfulness Series with Nikola Ristic at Cruzio

Join us for Mindfulness Series with Nikola Ristic, Ph.D from Spirit Without Boundaries. We will explore together the basics of mindfulness and how it can improve both our private and professional lives. Each meeting will consist of a talk, discussion and experiential exercises. Activities and practices include relaxation, concentration, conscious breathing, cultivating mindful attitudes (gratitude, generosity, compassion, patience, kindness, laughter, etc.), mindful eating, mindful relating, mindful communing with nature, aligning with your purpose and mission, and much more. We will meet third Fridays each month at 11:00 am in Ross Classroom at Cruzio Internet.
