Forest Therapy - Guided Walk

What is Forest Therapy?
Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, this is a gentle, evidence-based experience down to the meadow and into the forest (not a hike), including sensory invitations. Come experience Chaminade’s Certified Forest Therapy Trail, one of the first of its kind in the country, thoughtfully created to support healing, reflection, and deep well-being.

Anyone feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected
Individuals, friends, and families (ages 15+) seeking renewal while learning a new way to manage chronic stress
No hiking experience necessary - just a willingness to slow down
