California Medaka Fest 2025 - Hosted @ Nolans Aquarium

The California Medaka Society is co-hosting their 2nd annual Medaka Meet at Nolan's Aquarium Co on Sunday, 7/27/25 from 12-5 pm! C.O.A.S.T. Club will be there helping to promote the California Medaka Society event and supporting LFS Nolan's Aquarium Co.

This event will be a great time for the family so bring your ohana and come meet and greet our friend @haynfishkeeper, who is coming down from NorCal to spend time with our medaka friends and hobbyists! This is the first time in California that medaka will be the featured fish at an event specifically for medaka rice fish lovers! You can find accessories and products also related to medaka keeping in outdoor tubs or inside your aquariums!

Thank you Nolan's Aquarium for hosting this event in their back lot! We can expect to see multiple tabling medaka vendors, plant vendors, live music, a talk featuring Japanese medaka culture and breeding medaka ricefish from Daniel (@medaka_fein), a food vendor, possibly a face painting vendor, and give-a-ways from brand sponsors!
