A Liberty Workshop in preparation for our Liberty Horse Show on May 31!

Participants will get to run through 2 patterns of their choice with feedback provided by an ILHA carded judge.
We will discuss:
- navigating the ILHA & All Sports Equine website
-explanation of classes, levels, divisions, and patterns
- round pen & arena flow
-utilizing your time in the warm up pen
-efficiently completing a pattern
- what is a caller?
-understanding your score
This is NOT Liberty lessons or coaching. This IS an opportunity to learn about a Liberty horse show to prepare you for future events. If you’d like lessons or coaching, we can send you some local options! This workshop is focused on preparing participants for the upcoming shows.
The Southwest Liberty Horse Club is a proud chapter of the International Liberty Horse Association. The ILHA has organized the Liberty discipline with an official competitive structure and rules that promote safety, fun, consistency, and creativity for all involved. ILHA offers local, national, international, online, and championship Liberty horse shows and competitions. The ILHA Judging System is the official format for judging Liberty horsemanship for its combined technical and stylistic elements while rewarding the highest level of expertise with consideration for degree of difficulty.
