I’m opening the doors to something meaningful, gentle, and motivating and I’d love for you to join me.
On January 10th at 10 AM, we’ll gather in my creative space at 2624 Iroquois Ave in Sanford for 2.5 hours of expressive arts to begin the year with intention. This isn’t just a workshop, it’s a moment to breathe, reset, and decide what kind of year you’re stepping into.
Here’s what we’ll do together:

✍🏽 Creative writing to name your intentions with clarity and courage
🌿 Gentle movement to release last year’s weight and welcome new energy
📅 Choose monthly words & guiding themes for motivation all year long
You’ll leave with a calendar that doesn’t just track the days, it inspires them.
