Med instead of Meds Series

10:30 am to 12:00 pm

Each session features two delicious Mediterranean-style recipes, with 12 total recipes you'll get to taste! Plus, registration includes a recipe book!

The Med instead of Meds class series will help you Go Med by exploring 7 simple steps to eating the Med Way. Learn Med tips, life hacks, and recipes that will help you eat the Med Way every day.

Cost: $45 for all six classes (scholarships available)

Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If the class is canceled, you will receive a notification to the e-mail address you provided during the registration process.
