Find your flow and grow your wellness with Sanford Parks at Kiwanis Family Park! Join us on the first Saturday of each month for a relaxing, all-levels outdoor yoga session surrounded by the beauty of the park.

Bring your yoga mat, water, and an open mind as we stretch, strengthen, and breathe in the fresh air. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, this is a perfect way to start your month feeling refreshed and grounded.
