Join us at Tuffys Music Box for our mat pilates class, a mat-based workout perfect for beginners and fitness enthusiasts alike! Mat Pilates focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness, all performed on a simple exercise mat. No experience? No problem!For just $15, you can take part in a fun workout session and enjoy a drink or mocktail from the bar afterwards (Included with your ticket).Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class time to check in at the bar, equipped with a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel.Remember, this event is for those 21 and over.
