Trauma-Sensitive Movement and Meditation

Join Toni Mazzaglia, CMHC for this gentle moving mediation class. Toni is a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years in the mental health field supporting clients working with complex trauma. This class is a practice of compassionate presence with the physical body as well as breathing and moving to any stored tension and allowing for release.
