Open Water Swimming Skills: 6 Week Course

Join qualified open water swimming coach Corinne for a structured 6-session Open Water Swimming Skills Programme. Each 1-hour session will focus on skill progression and confidence building whilst incorporating fun, varied activities to keep motivation high

Sessions take place on 27 July - 31 Aug 3.30-4.30pm
(12.30-1.30pm on 10 Aug)

Max 6 people

Session 1: Acclimatisation & sighting basics

Session 2: Entry, exits and turning

Session 3: Group/pod swimming & drafting

Session 4: Pacing & endurance awareness

Session 5: Dealing with conditions (waves, wind, sun)

Session 6: Race simulation & confidence building

Please bring appropriate swimwear, warm clothing, towel and a dry robe/warm coat.
