Friday Sept 26th 5:30pm new program launch CORE KICKBOX

No skills or equipment required! We got you covered! Coach Becky will help you get down the basics as you (& your bestie!) move through 9 rounds of kickboxing drills & exercises. This class wraps up with core conditioning & stretch. Class is limited but there are spots left.
