New Beginnings Spring Retreat

Held on the Spring Equinox, our New Beginnings retreat is a thoughtfully curated day designed to help you pause, reset and step into a lighter season of energy and clarity.

Through carefully guided sessions, you’ll be supported to move from winter’s slower pace into a fresh chapter at your own rhythm:
o Exploring the 7 ways to reset (including the 7 types of rest)
o A grounding yoga practice
o Restorative breath work
o A lakeside sauna ritual and swim
o A reflective “What Now?” closing session with practical takeaways

Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy coffee and pastries on arrival, a generous sharing board lunch, and fish and chips by the fire to finish.
