Chef Jake Wallin will be serving gourmet salad wraps (or bowl for grain free and gluten free) with grilled protein or vegetarian/vegan options. It wouldn’t be Jake’s exceptional spread without a plethora of toppings and sauces to accommodate varying diet preferences.

Can I purchase a Meal Ticket(s) after 8/13?
Yes! You can still purchase your Meal Ticket(s) in-studio after August 13 at the same price. BUT, if you want a free raffle ticket, purchase before 8/13!

Is there a cut-off date to buy my Meal Ticket?
No. However Meal Tickets (adult & kid) after 8/21 will increase to $20. Day of Meal Tickets will be available in-studio during regular morning class hours.
Can I buy Meal/ Raffle Tickets @ the Park?
This is highly discouraged (but possible). We will have limited staff from 6:30-7:30 for purchasing meal tickets (while supplies last) and raffle tickets. Venmo or cash only

Silent Disco Yoga is an experience like no other—through
wireless headphones that connect you directly to
Jackie's voice and a curated music playlist. This
immersive practice blocks out distractions so you can
tune in, move with intention, and flow in sync with the
beat.
This class will be a fun, feel-good flow for every level.

Wireless headsets will be provided. Just bring your mat and any props you may want for a flow style class.
Is the curated playlist actually Disco music?
No. You can expect a typical yoga playlist that will support the class vibe and intention.
