This all-levels class focuses on building strength and flexibility, improving posture, and enhancing core engagement through precise, mindful movement. With an emphasis on breathing and proper alignment, each session invites you to connect deeply with your body and the calming energy of the natural surroundings. Let the gentle sounds of the lake guide you through a rejuvenating practice that leaves you feeling grounded, balanced, and refreshed.

Suitable for all fitness levels. Come as you are, move with purpose, and leave feeling renewed.
