Kids Club STEM: Make Your Own Ice Cream

September's STEM activity: Make your own ice cream!

Come join us to make your own vanilla ice cream using 3 ingredients, ice, resealable bags and a whole lot of shaking. We'll learn a bit about heat energy and how salt interacts with ice.
