Bring a mat, water, a towel and a “yes I can” attitude! Ever thought during yoga, “Why can’t I balance like them?” or *“I’m too old or stiff for this”? You’re not alone-but those thoughts don’t define you. In our all-inclusive yoga class, every body and experience level is welcome. Instead of judging ourselves, we use the practice to turn challenges into opportunities for growth, strength, and self-kindness. Let’s move past self-doubt and into possibility—together.
About Carol: Aside from yoga, my passion is rock climbing. I’ve been a climber since 1987. I started the first female owned and operated guide service in 1992 at Smith Rock near Bend, OR. Luckily I was practicing yoga regularly and, to this day, I credit yoga for my longevity in climbing. I just turned 80 and I’m still climbing because of the mental focus, belief in myself, agility and flexibility that yoga has taught me. I have taught yoga all over the world and I absolutely love sharing the knowledge that I’ve gained through the years. My goal is to inspire you to “stay on the bus”, keep your physical body strong and your belief in yourself so powerful that you can achieve your goals and stay mentally, physically and emotionally strong and even getting stronger and more agile for the rest of your life.
