Hike and Yoga

De-stress, detox and dive in as we explore the local beauty that is right in our backyard. Join Nikki and community for a moderately challenging hike in American Fork Canyon (5 miles total), as we take a pause in an open meadow for a gentle yoga practice with stunning mountain views. Bring your own yoga mat/blanket, water and snacks! Details & best ways to prepare will be sent out prior to gathering!
