Starting at 6am, our members accompanied by a tractor & float procession, will be walking to raise money for The Farming Community Network - a fantastic charity supporting mental health in farming and rural areas.
British farming has seen many challenges over the past few years, and supporting charities such as FCN is even more important.
A 6am start or 12 hour day isn't dissimilar from your usual farming work day, and we hope that incorporating a fitness challenge into our early start will help highlight the importance of physical activity in improving mental health and wellbeing, to raise money for this brilliant charity.
Please keep an eye out on your local village Facebook groups for when we'll be passing by!
Thank you in advance for all your kind donations. We look forward to taking on the challenge in August!
Kind regards,
Molly Bampton
Blunham YFC Chairman 2024-2025
