This clinic is designed to help you move freely, more effectively and safely through your Sun Salutes at home and in classes!

Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) requires an awareness of your body and the flow of your own breath.

Break down the movements, explore modifications and learn techniques to ensure safety and ease while connecting to the energy of the sun.

Suitable for beginners and for those wishing to advance their practice and technique.

Jen provides a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their relationship with yoga, their practice, to try new things, heal and grow.

Working with the energies of the sun and moon, the seasons and the wheel of the year festivals to connect with nature are Jen’s passion.

Jen is a registered Continuing Education Provider with the Yoga Alliance. This workshop attracts Continuing Education points for Yoga Teachers.
