For the past nine years, I’ve been refining a simple but powerful process for closing the year behind us and consciously stepping into the one ahead—creating and grounding into a clear one-word sankalpa (heartfelt intention or vow).
Instead of a long list of resolutions you’ll forget by February, you leave this ceremony with one living intention that you can actually return to.
When you bring your attention back to this sankalpa, your year begins to feel less like something happening to you and more like a collaboration between you and the universe.
This year, I’m opening this ceremony to even wider doing it in two locations and on two different dates.
We’ll spend our time together with:
