Forest Bathing with Eleni Filippi

If you missed our first Forest Bathing walk with Eleni Filippi, here’s another chance to experience this peaceful practice. Quietly connect with nature and feel the relaxing influence of the outdoors on this slow walk through Silver Springs State Park.

Our Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) gathering will engage the senses and reduce stress hormones. Forest Bathing Certified Leader Eleni Filippi guides the session with quiet contemplation, relaxation awareness, and self-reflection exercises.

Electronic devices are silenced during the 1 ½ hour gathering. Please wear appropriate shoes for the approximately mile-long, small incline trail.
