As you settle into a cozy, candlelit space, you’ll receive a personalized acupuncture treatment focused on calming the nervous system, clearing energetic blockages, and supporting whole-body wellness. While the needles gently work their magic, you’ll be guided into a meditative state through a live sound bath—featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.

This combination allows your body to drop into deep parasympathetic rest, supporting natural healing processes, emotional release, and energetic alignment.

• A brief opening circle to ground and set intention
• A community-style acupuncture treatment in a group setting
• A full sound healing journey to accompany your acupuncture session
• Optional journaling or integration time afterward

This experience is suitable for both acupuncture first-timers and seasoned practitioners. All bodies and backgrounds are welcome.
