A supportive, workshop-style space designed for curious movers of all levels to explore, experiment, and play.
This unique event blends guided instruction with open practice time, giving you the freedom to work on inversions, arm balances, transitions, or any pose that’s calling to you. Whether you're building the foundations or refining advanced shapes, you'll be held in a space that celebrates curiosity, community, and courage.

* Please note that when purchasing a package, any unattended classes will NOT be carried over to subsequent months.
* Any missed drop-in classes CAN be made up at your convenience.
* Consistency is key.
* There are shower facilities at Kinisi Therapy. Feel free to use them before or after class!
