Start with an antipasti of Orecchiette Alfredo – creamy pasta paired with fresh basil and ricotta cheese. For your primi, enjoy Parmigiana di Melanzane – layers of smoky aubergine and rich Napoletana sauce crowned with parmesan and served with crisp rocket salad.

Next, fire up the flavour with a perfectly seared beef fillet steak, accompanied by pillowy pesto gnocchi and fine green beans in tomato concasse.

End on a high note with a dreamy Tiramisu – coffee-soaked sponge, velvety mascarpone, and a generous dusting of cocoa.
