Led by yogi and anatomy expert, Theresa Moodie, this comprehensive 5-week course (once a week on Saturdays) will introduce you to:
• Terminology and the mechanics of
breathing
• Introduction to the skeletal system
• Introduction to the muscular system
• Injuries and modifications for injured
students
• Practical session to bring everything
together
