This Madam Curry night is about returning to the way food was meant to be cooked… slowly, patiently, over a proper wood fire. Not rushed. Not staged. Just time, flame, and generations of memory.
The four main dishes of the evening will all be cooked over wood fire, allowing the smoke, heat, and slow simmer to deepen every flavour. This is the kind of cooking where the aroma fills the air first, where the pot tells you when it’s ready, and where love is built into the process. A true taste of Durban, the old yo way.
