About Sakina Nosarka:
With over two decades of experience in South Africa’s property industry, Sakina Nosarka is a pioneering leader committed to growth, innovation, and sustainability.
She currently leads Old Mutual Property, one of South Africa’s largest unlisted property portfolios valued at over R24 billion, comprising iconic assets like Gateway Theatre of Shopping and Cavendish Square. Under her leadership, OMP has diversified both sectorally and geographically, including a growing offshore property footprint in Eastern Europe.
