EXPERIENCED PRACTITIONER
With over 19 years in the construction industry, Ilke Şahin Goler is a seasoned civil engineer and delay analyst, renowned for her expertise in forensic construction programming and delay practices. She gained on-site experience on international projects in the Middle East. Holding an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London, she has been a forensic delay expert on projects including airports, commercial developments, power stations, and transportation. Ilke also published papers and spoke at conferences on delay analysis and construction disputes. Ilke translated a key document in the field, the SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol, to Turkish in collaboration with SCL Turkey.
