Join us in the Sandpoint Library Garden* for a grounding, gentle Hatha Vinyasa yoga class designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and move with intention. This slow flow is perfect for all levels — whether you’re new to yoga or have an existing practice. Expect mindful movement, breath awareness, and a calming environment rooted in connection to self and nature.
Please bring a yoga mat (or borrow one of ours), water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable.
Adults and Teens welcome. Occurs Tuesdays in August.
*Class will move inside the library if weather prohibits garden use.
About the Instructor:
Katelyn Greenway is a certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for mindful movement, breathwork, and creating accessible, heart-centered classes. Her teaching style blends the structure of Hatha with the fluidity of Vinyasa, offering a practice that helps students reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and feel more grounded. Katelyn believes yoga is for every body and meets each student with warmth, encouragement, and presence. Her classes are rooted in self-awareness, curiosity, and the joy of coming home to yourself.
