In a world that often feels overwhelming, this 4-week experiential series offers a grounded, body-based path toward inner groundedness. Designed for those navigating personal, collective, or chronic stress, Resourced teaches accessible nervous system tools rooted in somatic psychology, trauma-informed care, and polyvagal theory.
Through movement, breath, sound, and shared reflection, participants will build a personalized toolbox for regulation, connection, and resilience — especially during times of crisis.
What You’ll Learn:
How the nervous system responds to stress and trauma
Simple practices to shift from fight/flight/freeze to calm and clarity
Tools for grounding, orienting, and restoring a sense of safety
Skills for co-regulation and healthy boundaries in relationships

Foundations of safety, survival, and somatic awareness
Week 2: From Overwhelm to Regulation
Tracking activation + building tools to return to center
Week 3: Co-Regulation & Boundaries
Navigating relationships and building safe connection
Week 4: Integration & Personal Resourcing
Creating your unique nervous system map and regulation kit

This series is for anyone seeking relief from stress, disconnection, or overwhelm. It’s especially supportive for therapists, caregivers, change-makers, and sensitive nervous systems.
