Kl. 18.00 samles vi foran Melkebaren, snører på oss skoa og jogger noen kilometer sammen – i pratetempo, selvfølgelig. Ingen krav, alle nivåer, null stress.

Etterpå? Da tar vi den obligatoriske «nedlølsingen» på Petite eller Melkebaren.
