Slow Flow Yoga - Evening Edition

Hey, hey, hey! Have you heard about the new 5:30pm Tuesday Slow Flow Yoga Class at Vista Grande Community Center?! 🥳😍🙌👏✨💫⭐️ Yes, indeed! 5:30-6:45pm. Beginner/Intermediate - All are welcome!

Shake off the day, reconnect to your strength, mobility, and resilience through simple linked yoga shapes, breath observation, and receptivity to your body's language: sensation. A little music, a little groove, a little nap at the end 🤗. You'll be glad you did it!

Please register at badlandsyoga.com/schedule. The community center charges separately for group fitness classes: 2.50 per class on a 25 dollar card. Instructors charge separately, and I take payments only through the website - it keeps our time focused on the yoga.
