What is a Heathen? A beginners introduction to modern Norse practices.

Are you or someone close to you gaining an interest in Norse theology and want to know more about it? This class is for you! Come join Zac in this course designed for beginners to get their first few steps in an environment that fosters learning! Whether you are gaining a newly found interest, have an existing interest but don’t know where to start, have a family member or friend who is walking this path and you want to understand them better, or are more of a solitary practitioner seeking more knowledge and new relationships this course will equip you with the knowledge necessary to get your feet wet! We will be diving in to the early stages of understanding the intricate cosmology of the Norse pantheon. This course has been split up into four 1 hour long sessions to allow for discussion time. This event is session 1: addressing misconceptions. In this session we will be discussing some of the common misconceptions around Norse theology. This class is a free class though donations are always appreciated! Come join us in drinking from Urds well of knowledge Saturday, August 30th! Please bring something to take notes with and if possible RSVP with Earth and Soul as far ahead of time as you can so we can make sure to have enough seating prepared!
