Expand the Box is an immersive, transformational journey designed to dissolve the unconscious patterns that shape your identity, relationships, and worldview. For five days, you will step beyond the survival strategies you've inherited from family, culture, and education, breaking out of the “Box” of beliefs, assumptions, and stories that may no longer serve you. This training invites you to repattern these old narratives, connect with your true adult needs and desires, and reclaim your sense of purpose, dignity, and voice.
Through guided practices, initiations, and experiences, Expand the Box provides a safe yet profound space to harness the energy of emotions like anger, sadness, fear, and joy, applying them as fuel to reach your goals and build meaningful connections. You’ll work individually and in groups to explore new thought-maps, uncover hidden potential, and develop skills for authentic and centered communication - even in uncertain or rapidly changing environments. By understanding and transforming old patterns, you’ll gain the tools to live in alignment with your unique life force, creating a life rooted in presence, purpose, and possibility.
Come prepared to make bold mistakes, connect deeply with others, and to rediscover the power and privilege of responsibility as an expression of love. It’s time to rewrite your story and explore what else is truly possible - for yourself and for the world around you.
Dates: October 1-5, 2025 (Please arrive the evening of September 30th. Departure is 5pm on October 1st.)

Training fee: Sliding Scale $650 - $950. You choose freely according to your commitment, your appreciation, and your resources. Discount for repeaters, see registration form for details.
Food and Accommodation: The cost of food and accommodation is additional to the training fee. 3 mostly organic vegetarian meals are provided each day October 1-4. Breakfast and lunch only on October 5.
Accommodation: $135 per person shared room. $65 per person camping.
Food: $100-175 per person (determined by cost of food)
Deposit: $100 to be paid in advance to guarantee your registration.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation made 4 weeks before the training starts will receive a 100% deposit refund. Cancellation after that time is non-refundable.
