Soul Sprouts Kids Yoga @ Soul Sisters Yoga

Children’s Yoga Class (Ages 5-12):

In this 45-minute sessions, children are introduced to foundational yoga poses through imaginative themes and storytelling. The classes focus on enhancing motor skills, flexibility, and creativity. Breathing exercises and relaxation techniques are incorporated to help children learn self-regulation and mindfulness in a fun and supportive setting. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to meet the developmental needs of this age group, ensuring a balance between structure and spontaneity. By integrating storytelling, music, and creative expression, children remain engaged and motivated throughout their yoga journey.
